Returns & Refunds

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped out, we can no longer cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on products within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
